Everyone who's working hard likes to be appreciated. SFDC Hero is a great concept to acknowledge the contributions of a person to the Salesforce community. I hope this will also help new entrants in Salesforce to understand the value of giving back to the community.

Q. Few motivational words you want to share for the betterment of the new people in Salesforce?

Salesforce has a great community support, use it. Be active on Trailhead and follow the answer community. If you face a problem, there's a chance someone else has faced it too earlier and the answer to the solution is posted in the community. Even if it's a new problem, you'll surely get help there. That's what Salesforce is all about. Take Help when you need and then give it back to community.

It's a really tough question because there are a lot of amazing people who are serving this community very well but if I talk about me I should be chosen because of my contributions to Salesforce community.
