We partnered with SaaSnic to bring Salesforce up for our national sales team. Given a very tight budget and timeline, SaaSnic helped us deliver this efforts to meet under budget and time frame. The challenge with this effort, was the entire team was not familiar with Salesforce or the capabilities within the tool and SaaSnic partnered with us to get us to where we needed to be. They brought solutions to our problems and helped us develop those solutions so we could support them long term as well as to keep us to budget. They also were very helpful in training the team to be self-sufficient after go-live and provided training manual for self training.
Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend using SaaSnic.
We’ve worked with SaaSnic since 1/2014, and they’ve been an excellent resource for us. We have a very lean team of SFDC skills in-house, and SaaSnic has provided excellent SFDC development skills to us, whenever these needs arise. We quickly developed a good process for sending requests to them with very little overhead, and they consistently provide estimates prior to undertaking work. Work is always top-notch, and occasional errors are quickly addressed.
SaaSnic came to my rescue when I couldn’t finalize an account plan object. My limited knowledge as an administrator didn’t help but team took the time to understand our business and how we worked. Always available to communicate when I needed. I will be happy to use SaaSnic again.

We implemented Salesforce in late 2011 and used SaaSnic helped us to customise Enterprise edition to our needs. Love the work these guys do for us. I thought I had a pretty solid understanding of Salesforce until I met these guys. Kamal, Rohit and Chirag have been excellent. My needs are often quite different to the average organisation I feel, however SaaSnic take the time to understand what my situation is and where I’m trying to go and customise something to my scope.
